Mark Davies

As the Founder of MRD Global, Mark has dedicated the past several years to building the company from the ground up, focusing his detailed eye on every aspect of the business to ensure quality and timely delivery for all projects.
His career to date spans over 25 years of experience working in the IT and business fields. Before starting MRD Global, he was a founder and CTO for Virtual IT LTD, a UK-based IT outsourcing company. Overseeing operations, he was responsible for the day to day operation of the company as well as being a member of the senior management team that set the overall strategy for the company.
Prior to this, Mark held the position of VP Business Development Europe at Primus Telecommunications, and also Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for PSINet Europe. He has also served as a member of the senior management team in several large, multi-national IT companies. Mark is also a member of several advisory Boards including including baby gear-USA® and Kleio Food LLC.
Mark attended the University of Waterloo in Canada where he obtained a Master of Sciences (Chemistry) and a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry/Computer Science).
Mark's combination of Business acumen combined with technical excellence makes him a most welcome member of all project teams.
